CHP at the scene of a vehicle fire on the 118 freeway near San Fernando Rd. One person was killed when their minivan caught fire. According to witnesses, the van's engine caught fire while on the east bound 118 freeway. The driver pulled to the center divider. Good samaritan's tried in vein to rescue the driver. July 10,2010.
